We have been awarded the contract for the Dimensional Control and Laser Scanning on the Tamar Emissions Project in Israel through Noble Energy. This involves a full as-built scan and survey of the existing sub-cellar deck offshore and the survey of all new valves, spools, equipment packages and structural supports both offshore and at fabrication sites across the southern US. These upgrades to the platform will be ongoing, with more scanning data required around the platform and the flare, providing the client with ‘as-built’ model data to assist the design team in the planning of new pipe routes and equipment installation. Clash checking and isometric ‘red lining’ of all piping routes will be carried out to ensure first time fit.
